Dating back thousands of years, native Australian Aborigine art has been brought to us over the last thirty years. This very spiritual movement was originally expressed through the simple transcription of ritual motifs. The culture and art of the Australian Aborigines were entirely founded on the memory of the origins of life at a mythical time called « Dream time ». Key elements in the life of the Aborigine people’s pictural representations were closely connected to territory (a site, a cave, a source of water, a sacred place…).
